Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Black Prelude LLC ("we", "us"), which runs the Caracca app, caracca.world and the Gold shop. By creating an account or using Caracca you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give true information about your age.
• One person, one account. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account).

2. Community rules

Caracca is for learning languages and meeting people with respect. You must not:

• post sexual content, nudity or anything involving minors;
• harass, threaten, scam, impersonate or discriminate against others;
• post violence, hate, illegal content, spam or content you don't have the rights to;
• use bots, scrape the service, abuse limits or try to break its security;
• ask for money or sell things to other users outside the app's features.

You can block and report users and content. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, adapt (for example resize or translate) and distribute it in order to run and promote Caracca, until you delete it. Content others already shared or saved may remain with them.

4. AI features

Translations, the dictionary, AI practice partners and 3D avatars are generated by AI and may be wrong. AI practice partners are not real people and are always labeled as AI. Don't rely on AI output for anything important.

5. Gold

• Gold is a virtual currency for use inside Caracca only: gifts, paid photos, VIP, avatar items and boosts. It has no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred outside the app's features.
• Gold you earn (for example when others unlock your photos or send you gifts) also can't be withdrawn as money.
• Purchases of Gold are final once the Gold is delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. App store purchases follow Google Play's or Apple's refund rules. For web purchases, write to support@blackprelude.com within 14 days if the Gold wasn't delivered or you were charged by mistake; unused Gold from a refunded purchase is removed.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, we remove the Gold it bought.
• Gold is lost when you delete your account or if it is closed for breaking these terms.

6. VIP

• VIP subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel in your store account. Deleting your Caracca account does not cancel a store subscription.
• VIP bought with Gold lasts for the period shown and does not renew.
• "TOP for life" lasts while Caracca operates and your account is in good standing.
• Benefits can change; we'll tell you in the app before an important change.

7. The service

We work to keep Caracca running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We may change, pause or end features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for what other users do, or for more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using Caracca and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. If we change them we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes; continuing to use Caracca means you accept them.
