Delete your Caracca account

Caracca by Black Prelude LLC

In the app (fastest)

Open Caracca and go to Me.
Open the menu and tap Settings.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Send an email to support@blackprelude.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Caracca account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, avatar and pet.
Your posts, reels, comments and their files.
Your one-to-one chats and calls history; in group chats, your messages (you leave the group).
Your Gold balance, VIP, follows, blocks, likes you received and your vocabulary.
Your login (email and password).

What we keep

Purchase records (order ID, product, date), as required for tax and accounting, usually up to 7 years.
Reports about abuse, when needed for the safety of other users.
Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

A Google Play or App Store subscription is not canceled by deleting your account: cancel it in your store account to stop the charges.
